Some smart turkey said "Know yourself". We are the Korean who came in US, adopt the new culture and speak new language, enough stress in life. You all are the winners in my eyes. We have the right to not to speak perfect English, the God given right I believe. Do not be afraid of anything, spec. someone make fun of your English speaking, that means this human being is ignorant, unable to speak any other language because she or he never study foreign language. You are much educated then them. Have confidence, pride that you can speak 2nd language. I don't care how you speak and comprehend. I want share your guys how I protect myself.Usually person who can speak 3-4 different languages, never make fun of people how one speak in English, because they know what it takes to learn another tongue. This is my way of give back to the ignorant human being. If you are in my country, Korea, and you are able to speak in Korean "Where is the restroom?", then you can tell me about how I speak in English, but if you cannot, then just " shut up!". It works well.
