Old age blood pressure
At my age of near 80, my blood pressures have been about 131/80
for many years, sometimes even 115/75. I stopped taking vitamin
B6 and B12 after reading one negative report on them a few months ago. About a week ago my reading shot up to 181/85 and feeling weak. So, I started taking B6 and B12 again.
Yesterday, my reading was 110/63 at around 3 pm, and 80 degrees F. after playing ping pong hard with Jan, Bob, Ron and Dan.
And I feel good. Dan just arrived to play ping pong again. Got go.
