"Goo-Ga Ei Seo" written by Kang Eun Kyong is a drama I have been enjoying. Gang Chi was born half-human and half-animal(?)
, in normal human form.
Gang Chi tells Admiral Lee Soon Shin, " I want to live as a
human" - as a full-human, not as a half-human and half-animal.
Lee Soon Shin answers, "It's only in your mind."

How right Lee Soon Shin was! Precisely, the choice is in each
one of us, in the right side amygdala(only the size of a date
fruit) in each of our brain. That's where our filter of neurosis
resides and control our lives negatively - anxiety, rancor,
anger in attack mode, etc.

Everybody sees the world differently - we are made that way even
among the identical twins. Some perceive it half-full and others half-empty. There are grades of shades, of course.

Conservatives tend to see it half-empty, and hence tend compelled to fill it endlessly. Liberals tend to see it half-
full, and hence tend to make careless risks - recent report.

Lee Soon Shin didn't tell Gang Chi how he could choose the
human side of his mind, though. I don't think he knew the answer
in his times. Hence, drama continues.... with a hint of the
answer through the love of a beautiful actress and singer from
K-pop group, "Miss A". If you have been watching, keep watching.
If you haven't, try it. You and I may learn something, while
enjoying a good drama. To me, this drama is better than "Princess' Man" written by the same author - actually better than "Romio and Juliet" by Shakespeare, with it's Korean
"Jung" theme in it.

Will Gang Chi survive his enemies, get the girl and become
a full human at the end? Without the clutch of the magic bead-
bracelet? We all hope he will. Do we hope we will accomplish the same in our real lives?
