A. 법적으로 하려면 변호사에게 물어보는게 정확하겠지만 저으 의견은 테넌트와의 사이는 어땠나요? 짐을 소중하게 잘 보관해 놓고 있다가 나중에 찾으러 왔을때 고생했다 하면서 짐은 내가 잘 보관하고 있었으니 걱정말고 좋은곳 찾기 바란다 하면서 돈 100불 이라도 밥 값으로 쥐어줄 그정도 사이라면 테넌트분도 이해할 수 있을거라 생각됩니다. 그렇다면 둘다 법적으로 안 가도 서로 이해하고.. 한국사람들끼리라면 좋은게 좋은거 아니겠습니까? ^^ 근데 만약 테넌트와 사이가 좋지는 않고, 그렇다고 나쁘지도 않다면.. 최대한 노티스를 주는게 낫지 않을까요? 방에다가 노티스도 붙이고, 어디에 있는지 경찰서에도 찾아가서 물어보고, 면회가 되는지도 알아보고, 그리고 최소한 1~2달 정도는 기다렸다가 그래도 연락이 없으면, 방을 비우고 짐을 잘 보관하다가 돌려줘도 괜찮을 것 같다는 생각을 합니다. 단, 테넌트와 연락하기 위해서 어떤 어떤 노력을 했다라는건 기록으로 남겨두셔야 도움이 됩니다. 예를들어 경찰서 방문 기록이라던가, 사진등 모든것을 남겨두는것이 좋은 방법입니다. 그리고 방을 비우기 전에 동영상하고 사진도 같이 찍어두는것도 좋구요 하지만 만약 테넌트와 사이도 안 좋았고, 자칫하면 법정으로 가야된다 생각되면 변호사를 알아보시는게 좋겠죠..
