+It will be 1450 or 1550 dollars if you don’t use the washing machine

Location: The apartment is located in the peaceful VA 22204 area, just a short walk from grocery stores and bus stops. The bus right outside goes directly to the Ballston Metro Station, making it perfect for those without a car. If you do have a car, there’s free, unrestricted parking near the park in front of the building.
