Deportation Order
On June 30th Tokyo District Court judged the Deportaion Order was legal against a 16 years old Thailand nationality student who born in Kohfu, Yamanashi, both parent illegal status.
He was told to "go back to your country" on August 1st 2015 by Japan Immigration Department so that he took to Court for asking cancellation of Deportation Order.
His mother came to Japan on 1994.
The article says he will going to apeal to higher court.
* He could not go even elementary school because of illegal status.
* There is diffrent law adapted among so called the rich country.
