My political life is ended in my high school. I was president of the Girl's Junior and Senior High School in small county [Goon level}. I ruled that school as I wanted, and that time, the President Park Jung Hi ruled the country as he wanted. He made the rule that when school spend money, the signiture of the president of the student body was required, so I had to go to Tresury once a week and signed the pile of papers. I felt that I was important even though it was only for formality and I did not have the power to stop any spending. At that time, I felt some of the power when you lead many people. I made one very unique tradition while I was the president, which they carry on more than ten years after my graduation. When I visit my home town, my high school invited me as guest speaker for the current students. I went my high school and I was so impressed that they still carry on the work that I stated, futher more I was surprised that they all knew who I was, because the principal mentioned my name quite frequently in his daily lesson. I was happy, but also shamed because I did not live up to his expectation, the only wife of someone, not be a famaous some person. I am going to side track, what was tradition I make?. The cleanning once a day by student and all the teachers were inspector. I made rule that all the students make groups by the areas from junior and senior, and 3rd high school class student were the inspectors, instead of teachers. All the teachers happy, all the sinior students were happy, because of not doing cleanning job, instead, inspect the students. Within a few weeks, I could see myself on the wooden floor in the hallway, because they use the candle to shine the floor.Everyone changed to slipers when they enter the building from outside, because they must took off their shoes. I empersized the cleanliness of the environment with woman, depends of the family's health. Woman carry the habits of children they porduced. Anyway, school gave me the 1st class of lunch after my speech. I am used to speak in front of several thousand audiance over here too, and nobody complaind of my broken English. It was good feeling someone admire and respect me. I guess people can be addicted to that power and go for politics. Even though my home town people think I have leadership from born, I decided to stop it , because I could not be hypocrit.
