The sweet grapes pair well with the saltiness of cheese. 

You can eat red seedless grapes as well as green grapes. Cheese has high quality protein and calcium. Cheese is abundant in vitamin B. Cheese also is rich in calcium, which is excellent in source of vitamin for bones and strength of teeth. 


For those who have low tolerance for milk, cheese is awesome in supplying that need. Eating cheese after a meal or in between meals as a snack can greatly reduce the chance of having tooth cavity. 


Cheese promotes healthy lower body weight. Strong vitamin B strengthens liver. 


Grapes are rich in Vitamin A and C, and B. Grapes have flavonoids. These nutrients are good for aging. Grape juice contains polyphenolics, which is good for women’s breast cells. Grapes contain resveratrol, a natural antioxidant that increases life span by 70 percent and prevents Alzheimer’s. Grapes also help your eye health. Concord grape juice is good for your memory. Grapes have pterostilbene which is good for anti-cancer and anti-diabetes and lowering cholesterol. Lastly, grapes help with constipation and fatigue.
