We're looking for a front manager at the hotel located in LA Koreatown.
Covid-19 시국에 맞게 Contactless로 새로 구성된 운영시스템을 관리할 분 찾고 있습니다.
We need a person who manages a whole new operating system in a hotel that operates contactless in accordance with the Covid-19 era.

Job Responsibilities;
Implement room revenue management operations, procedures and best practices.
Identify new revenue opportunities.
Ensuring guests' needs and concerns are responded to in a timely, professional and friendly manner with a focus on service recovery when applicable
Maintaining an efficient system of communication between the Front Office and other departments, with particular attention to guest arrivals and departures

호텔 프론트 데스크 경험 1년이상 있으신 분
Salary: Negotiable / 경력에 따라 우대 (Hotel Management degree 우대)
Eligible to work in the U.S./ 합법적으로 일하실 수 있는 분
Bilingual- English and Korean
Position Available: Immediately
