Job Description:

· Mustbe comfortable communicating with vendors via phone or email

· Receive,file and forward fabric delivery orders appropriately

· Followup on fabric schedule

· Organizeand manage fabric inventory

· Assistin house designers for sample requests

· Communicatewith production team on shipping schedule

Skills:

· Someknowledge in fabric

· Abilityto prioritize

· Abilityto work independently and efficiently

· Wellorganized

· Punctual

Qualifications:

· Mustspeak and write English fluently

· Bi-lingualpreferred but not required

· Microsoftoffice experience: Excel is a must

· “Peachtree” program user preferred but not required
