Hello, we are KICPC!
Today, we are going to talk about South Korea and Pakistan.
First, let’s learn a little bit about Pakistan.
Pakistan is a country located in southwestern Asia.
Its official name is the ‘Islamic Republic of Pakistan’.
The capital is Islamabad. Islamabad means 'the city of Islam.'
The population grew rapidly, originally ranked sixth in the world, but in 2017, it
overtook Brazil to become the fifth largest in the world.
More than 97% of the population is Muslim, so it is the second largest Muslim country after Indonesia.
As a Muslim country, the flag is only white and green.
White means peace, green means prosperity, crescent moon means development, star means knowledge, and in common, it means the symbol of Islam.
Pakistan signed a trade agreement with South Korea in 1968 and agreed to set up embassies in 1983.
Embassy of the Republic of Korea is in Islamabad, the capital of Pakistan. It was established on November 7, 1983.
What should you do if you have to submit documents to South Korea from Pakistan?
For example, if you have to submit documents such as visa applications, passport reissuance applications, employment certificates, and enrollment certificates.
From now on, we’ll show you the process.
Step1. You need to issue the necessary documents in Pakistan.
The required documents will depend on what you should be issued.
Step2. Translate the issued documents into Korean.
The issued documents should be translated into the language of the country of
submission.
So, the documents should be translated into Korean.
Step3. Your translated documents have to be notarized by a lawyer.
If you translated the documents into Korean, you would have to get a
translation notarization.
You need to be certified that the original and the translation are match.
Step4. Your documents must be confirmed by the Foreign Ministry in Pakistan.
The notarized documents must be certified by the Foreign Ministry.
You have to go through this step to get an embassy certification.
Step5. The documents confirmed by the Foreign Ministry can be certified by the South Korea Embassy in Pakistan.
The embassy-certified documents become valid public documents in South Korea.
Now you may be thinking about how to deal with this.
But, don’t worry KICPC will help you.
KICPC can get the Korean Embassy certification in Pakistan instead of you.
KICPC operates a one-stop service that handles translation and inspection by native speakers from 40
countries around the world,
