의뢰인의 집주소로 ‘FIS’오피스에서 도난당한 내역 편지를 보냅니다.

내역편지받으면 바로 그 편지와 함께 다시 SNAP오피스로 가서 ‘SB-ROOM’티켓을 

달라하면 이곳에 포스팅한 ‘SB 0000’ 번호의 티켓을 받아서 상담받게 됩니다.

영어가 불편하면 한국어 내역서 사용할수있으며 상담원이 친절하게 도와줍니다. 

‘FIS 오피스’ 편지 잘 보관하였다가 SNAP 오피스로 가져가야합니다. 

UPDATE: Benefit Replacement

The federal authority that allows for the replacement of skimmed SNAP benefits ends September 30, 2024. DSS is not allowed to issue SNAP skimming replacement for theft that occurs after September 30, 2024. You can still file claims for replacement of skimmed SNAP benefits after September 30, as long as the theft occurred on or before September 30 and the claim is filed within 30 days after you learned the benefits were stolen. This does not impact claims for skimmed Cash Assistance benefits. 혜택교체 갱신: 스키밍 SNAP 혜택의 대체를 허용하는 연방 기관은 2024년 9월 30일에 종료됩니다. DSS는 2024년 9월 30일 이후에 발생한 도난에 대해 SNAP 스키밍 대체를 발급할 수 없습니다. 도난이 9월 30일 이전에 발생하고 혜택이 도난당한 사실을 알게 된 후 30일 이내에 청구를 제출하는 한 9월 30일 이후에도 스키밍 SNAP 혜택 대체를 청구할 수 있습니다. 이는 스키밍 현금 지원 혜택 청구에는 영향을 미치지 않습니다.
