As you might know, there are different people from various countries in Malaysia.
Just as the variety of origins of people, so is the variety of origins of documents in Malaysia.
However the document, that crosses the borders of countries, itself doesn’t have any value!
 

So.... today i am going to introduce you how to make making Malysian documents valid in other countries
and non-Malysian documents vallid in Malaysia!

To make foreign document, not just limited to Malaysia, the authenticity of it has to be proved by the embassies of both
countries where the document issued and is to be used!
 There are two ways in here, apostille and embassy attestation and the way you need to get thru
will be chosen by the fact that the countries belong to Hague Convention! 

In the case of Malaysia, it is not the member of the convention, so that you need to bear some complicated procedures of embassy attestation. 

The detail steps of Embassy attestation are below!
 The first step is ‘issuance’, in which you issue the document in need. Then you should translate it(STEP 2) and notarize it to confirm the properness of the translation(STEP3). After all, you should get it certified from the both authorities of the countries where you issue and are going to use the document, which is the last step!

It seems to be easy !
 However there are reasons why many agencies which are professionals dealing with this process!
 I mean though it looks easy it is very complicated in real and costs a lot of time
 to go one step further!
 So i recommend you to get things done through the agencies, whose systems are well set thesedays.
