In short, the document is only valid in the country where you issued the document,

 and to validate your document in a foreign country, you have to get an apostille on your documents.

If you decide to do it by yourself, you have to go through these all procedures.

First, you need notarization and apostille.

The next is translation.

You must translate your documents into your native language.

If you skip this stage, your documents will not be accepted.

Then, the notarization of translation is needed.

It must be processed by a notary lawyer.

Lastly, you get the embassy certification.

Phew, it’s very difficult.

Apostille is only available in countries where documents have been issued.
